Our beef bones come from the "shank" of the cow and have a wonderful marrow content. You can even get a sizeable amount of meat depending on where on the shank the cut comes from!
Our beef is the famous Hereford Angus cross beef raised right here one mile down the road on our sister pasture "Sweet Grass West" as we like to call it. Nathan's uncle has been raising cattle for many years on his farm just down the road from Sweet Grass Pastures, and in cooperation with Sweet Grass, he has raised some of the finest tasting grass fed beef available. Our beef is raised and processed right here in George County, and our spoiled cows never leave our humble little county until they reach your dinner table.
